I was born.
I learn.
I marry.
I have a daughter.
I divorce.
I sing.
I write.
I paint.
And I continue.

At 3, I sing La Raspa de Paris in the shop around the corner.
At 8, I decide to be famous to have a maid at home.
At 15, I write and compose my first songs.
At 18, I lost my virginity in a field.
At 19, my father don’t want me to study art, so I choose law.
At 20, I play in Playtime of Jacques Tati, I sing at Dali’s at Cadaques with my sister, my guitar and my harmonica in C.
At 21, I make a 45EP as an author, composer and singer. I french-kiss Thierry Sabine in a film with Philippe Noiret but we are cut in the editing. I give up law and begin psychology.
At 22, my future husband’s Studebaker burns during the 68 May events.
At 24, I marry in a suede miniskirt.
At 25, I live in Vendée, I raise chickens and I get bored
At 26, I have my baby
At 27, I am a psychologist for handicaped children.
At 28, I get divorced.
At 29, I discover sexual revolution.
At 30, I am a temporary secretary, then a marketing girl. I still play guitar, I learn new chords (simplified bossa-nova). I write some songs for B sides. Then I enter in advertising withoud taking off my jacket, as if I just wanted to have a drink. And I stay.
Between 30 and 40, I still write songs for other people, but I miss Joe Dassin because of his death. I learn taps. I loose my mother. I learn afro-brasilian dance, classical piano then jazz piano. I make a rough song at Capitol’s records which does not work. Then I sing under the name of Ginette Studebaker and the band Sueur (Sweat). I try to play horse-ball but I fail.
Between 40 and 50, I create a famous campaign for a detergent (OMO) with chimps. I will earn the award for the best campaign of the last ten years, I’m not kidding. I stop smoking. My first book is edited but it is no more in my biography. I buy a country house in Normandy and keep it seven years. I loose my father. I write some books which one is translated in korean, czech ans slovak and I am on the Bernard Pivot TV programm. I buy a loft at Bastille where my daughter shows her paintings. I still write songs for other singers.
Between 50 ans 60, I buy a fishmanhouse at Trouville and sell it a year after. I learn wine tasting. I seriously practise roller-skating. I become a grandma. I write some novels but since 2000, I find no publisher. I move into a bigger loft in a suburban factory. I leave adverstising or it leaves me. I’m looking for a fiancé and find him in the web. I discover arc welding and acrylic painting. An old song from my 45 EP is chosen in an US film (The Yes Men). I write the next show of Les Trois Jeanne. I show my first paintings, sculptures and other expressive work.
At the present time :
I don't want to have a maid at home, my cleaning man is sufficient. I paint. I write songs for my first personal album. I have ideas for novels but no time to write. The show of Les 3 Jeanne is played. My lover married me on the 8/8/8 (his birthday, my calendar fest). A grand-son is born. Nice painting expos are coming for the end of 09
